The aftermarket automotive company has a set of documents that is called Customer Information Folder (CIF). CIF used by the salesmen to record every activity, observation and sales made with their customers. Currently, pile papers, in which paper misplacement can occur data be mixed up, must return office at end day write down what they have done. objective this research create mobile force system web application back-end help handle customer also assist managing others such as sales, orders, stocks commissions. Based on request from company, an ERP planned developed, starting (CIF / SFA), commissions, are developed for research. result shows new provide manage relating customers, Secondly, reduce usage half through simulation. Thirdly, organized, accurate trustworthy data. Fourthly, Sales Department owner determining trends buying trends. Lastly, shown fulfilled user expectation there positive gaps between perception.
